This covers the desired professional background, academic accomplishments, technical competencies, cultural fit, compensation, location, hiring terms, and long-term position goals.

Sourcing & Screening
Your Search Partner will leverage our extensive network of Technology professionals to identify candidates who are a potential fit. After sourcing, all candidates undergo an intensive interview and screening process including psychometric testing, technical testing, and reference checks.

Selection
Your Search Partner will identify the top 3 candidates that meet your requirements and present you with their interview notes. You'll also get the candidate's assessment and screening results. Your Search Partner will then help facilitate the interview and selection process with your team.

Onboarding
Once you make your decision, we will extend the offer to the candidate and walk them through the entire transition process, including contract negotiations, pre-employment screenings, and filling out any onboarding paperwork. This lets them hit the ground running as soon as they arrive!.
